Position Title : EXECUTIVE CHEF- Hoboken, NJ
Salary : Up to $100,000 / yr.

Job Summary
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations within a corporate dining account in Hoboken, NJ, leading a dynamic team of associates while ensuring high standards of safety and sanitation.
You will play a pivotal role in menu planning, cost management, and inventory control. Additionally, you will collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to implement new culinary programs that enhance the overall dining experience.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee cost control measures and manage budget expenditures for the dining account.
- Design, plan, and create innovative menus that align with company standards.
- Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the marketing and culinary teams to introduce and roll out new culinary programs.
- Plan and execute high-end corporate dining events, ensuring exceptional quality and service.
- Effectively interact with high-level executives, both verbally and in writing, to maintain smooth communication and exceed expectations.
