JOB SUMMARY
As a Sales Manager at Culinary Care, you’ll sell for a cause, spearheading corporate partnership revenue growth to help us provide nourishing meals for individuals and families fighting cancer. Reporting to the CEO and Founder, you’ll work collaboratively with our team to identify, cultivate, and secure partnerships with mission-aligned businesses. Your efforts will directly support our mission to ensure nourishment is always part of cancer care.
You’ll develop and execute strategies to grow corporate partnerships, create impactful campaigns, and inspire companies to join us in making a difference.
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR…
- Driving corporate partnership revenue growth by identifying and securing new mission-aligned partnerships.
- Managing and growing existing corporate partnerships, ensuring mutual value and alignment with Culinary Care’s mission.
- Developing creative sponsorship and engagement opportunities for corporate partners, including event sponsorships, cause marketing, and employee giving campaigns.
- Collaborating with the CEO and Marketing Director to create compelling proposals, pitches, and materials tailored to prospective partners.
- Leading the planning and execution of Culinary Care’s Corporate Cook-Off program, including engaging current and potential partners to participate.
- Setting and achieving ambitious revenue goals, tracking progress, and providing regular updates to leadership.
- Building and nurturing strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies.
- Staying informed about trends in corporate social responsibility and identifying opportunities for Culinary Care to stand out in this space.
- Acting as the host of Culinary Care events and being our mission advocate.
- Attending/hosting networking events that expand our community reach.
YOU MUST HAVE…
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or fundraising, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative and strategic mindset, with the ability to craft compelling partnership opportunities and proposals.
- A passion for Culinary Care’s mission and a deep understanding of the impact of corporate philanthropy.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in a sales, corporate partnerships, or fundraising role.

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
