Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crew members to ensure efficient restaurant operations.
- Train new employees on food handling procedures, cash register operations, and customer service excellence.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist in managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas in accordance with health standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Perform basic math calculations for cash register transactions and assist with POS system operations.
- Schedule staff shifts effectively to meet operational needs while ensuring adequate coverage.
