What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cooks for Weekend Shifts position at Culinary Dropout?
Culinary Dropout is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts, an innovative line of brands founded in 1998. Our high-energy atmosphere breeds show-stopping food, phenomenal cocktails, and genuine hospitality every single time.
We are currently hiring line cooks for weekend shifts at our Del Mar location. As a line cook at Culinary Dropout, you will be responsible for preparing food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, grills, fryers, and other kitchen equipment.
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be able to stand for long periods of time, and be able to lift up to 25 pounds. You should also have an eye for detail and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
