Responsibilities
- Take a hands-on management approach with all team members in the restaurant to drive the vision, brand, and direction of our Company
- Learn and uphold our elevated service and hospitality standards and hold the team accountable to them. We believe in being easy on people, but tough on standards.
- Motivate, coach, train, and support restaurant team members on hospitality, service, menu execution, systems, and program implementation
- Focus on problem-solving and process improvement by leveraging restaurant resources
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and/or casual dining restaurant
- Able to multi-task
- Ability to stand for long period so time, lift 25 lbs., and bend, climb or work in confined spaces
- Customer service focused and solution oriented
- Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on restaurant needs
- Food handler's card may be required according to local and or state regulations
