Description
This position provides a variety of service functions for patient and resident services, cafeteria, and special functions and/or related services. Responsibilities are primarily focused on customer service, safety in the workplace and accuracy of meal orders.
Requirements
- Provide a quality dining experience that exceeds customer expectations.

- Adhere to all outlined Company, state, federal and local health and safety regulations in regard to food service, equipment uses, & personal hygiene.
- Utilize technology to receive resident and customer food orders.
- Ensure all meal orders are accurate.
- Assist in the serving and clearing of customers’ area using proper serving and clearing methods/techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized dining room and kitchen area.
- Enforce workplace safety by focusing on detail of surroundings and work area.
- Remove trash, waste, and spills timely in dining room, serving areas, and kitchen floor.
- Ensure compliance adherence of verbal and written instructions, production orders, and recordkeeping systems in the distribution of daily menu offerings.
- Assist in organizing and replenishing all service-related goods.
- Fulfill all side work responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, weekends and holidays.
