Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Organizing workstations and ingredients.
- Measuring and preparing ingredients for cooking.
- Executing basic cooking tasks and preparing dishes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen.
- Following health and safety guidelines diligently.
Skills and Qualifications:
- A Minimum 1 year of professional cooking experience in a full-service restaurant is required.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Knowledge of kitchen health and safety protocols.
- Proficiency in using kitchen tools and equipment.
- Physical fitness to handle kitchen tasks and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Own required "uniforms": black and white chef coat, black non-slip shoes, bistro apron, slacks, skull cap and and any additional accessories required for the role such as a knife kit.
- A smartphone and email for seamless communication.
- Reliable transportation to get you to our exciting job sites.
