Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Nutrition Manager located in Eastern PA. The Regional Nutrition Manager will oversee the nutritional aspects of menus, ensure compliance with dietary guidelines, and provide nutritional training to staff. Additional responsibilities include working closely with culinary teams to create balanced and appealing meal plans, conducting taste tests, maintaining accurate records, and developing community health programs that promote well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietetics, and food service management
- Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and dietary compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and training skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with culinary teams and senior living staff
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
- Previous experience in senior living or healthcare settings is a plus
