We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with expertise in Neoload to join our client on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate should have experience in performance testing, scripting, execution, and reporting, along with the ability to coordinate with stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain performance test scripts using Neoload.
Conduct performance testing to assess system scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and technical requirements.
Gather and analyze performance testing requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvements.
Prepare and present performance test reports with detailed analysis and recommendations.
Ensure best practices in performance testing methodologies and strategies.
3 years of experience in performance testing.
Strong expertise in Neoload for scripting, execution, and analysis.
Experience in coordinating with stakeholders and requirement gathering.
Knowledge of performance monitoring tools and techniques.
Ability to identify bottlenecks, scalability issues, and optimization opportunities.
Good understanding of web and API performance testing principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Experience with other performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.).
Exposure to cloud-based performance testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation in performance testing.
