Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI-driven bond trading models leveraging Agentic AI frameworks.
- Enhance predictive analytics and automation tools to improve bond pricing, liquidity management, and risk analysis.
- Work closely with quantitative analysts, data scientists, and financial engineers to refine AI-based decision-making algorithms.
- Monitor market trends, analyze large datasets, and optimize AI strategies for real-time execution.
- Collaborate with compliance and risk teams to ensure AI trading models adhere to regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot AI-driven trade execution issues and continuously improve system performance.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, fintech, and bond markets to maintain a competitive edge.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Quantitative Finance, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in AI-driven financial markets, particularly in fixed income and bonds.
- Strong knowledge of Agentic AI, algorithmic trading, and machine learning techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, R, C , or Java for AI model development.
- Hands-on experience with NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and AI-powered decision systems.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, Reuters, and financial market APIs.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen understanding of financial market dynamics.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to work in a high-performance trading environment.
