Job Description:
- Over 12 years Exp Enterprise Architect including 5 years of experience as Technical Architect.
- Expertise in designing and developing applications using enterprise, Big Data, Cloud, and UI technologies in previous experience
- Experience in Monolithic, Microservice & Function as Service architecture design
- Provides technical leadership in Big Data space (Hadoop Stack like M/R, HDFS, Hive, Presto, Spark, HBase, Solr, etc) across Engagements and contributes to open source Big Data technologies.
- Should be aware of columnar databases e.g parquet, ORC, etc
- Visualize and evangelize next-generation infrastructure in Big Data space (Batch, Near Real-time, Real-time technologies).
- Experience in Docker Environment
- Able to handle NFRs (HA, Scalability, Performance, Multi-tenancy, Audit/Monitoring, etc)
- Expert-level proficiency in Java, SpringBoot, etc.
- Understanding of Big data applications, Datawarehouse, and Data lake concepts
- Proven work experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role
- Capable of working with the technical teams to provide guidance, a complete review, and an assessment of current state architecture readiness
- Addressing real-time streaming use cases, security/governance considerations, BI integrations, existing cloud optimizations, cost engineering of existing infrastructure, and modernization recommendations based on future product requirements.
- Evaluating internal functions, business development strategies, and IT processes and suggesting improvements
- Creating business architecture models to reflect the organization's strategies and goals and creating and implementing business visions and goals
- Evaluating systems engineering, talent recruiting, and accounting models for discrepancies and vulnerabilities
- Need to stay on top of the latest trends and technologies and keep an eye on software, services, and hardware that might improve business processes.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and project management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good leadership and motivational skills
- Good to have TOGAF or similar certifications
Role:
- Led team of solution and technical architects and collaborated with various stakeholders from business, IT, operation partners, and vendors to define enterprise architecture blueprint.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
- Serves as Enterprise Architect for defining enterprise portfolio roadmaps that meet specific business needs.
- Performs highly advanced and/or managerial (senior-level) computer systems analysis work
- Suggesting ideas to reduce costs in IT and business leadership
- Conducting research in talent management to improve the organization's business operations
- Providing business architecture and systems processing guidance
- Ensuring the efficiency, security, and support of the organization's goals
- Creating methods for compliance architecture, such as data storage, metadata management, and change control Presents, justifies communication to all stakeholders in business and IT
- Specifies EA framework, best practices, and tools
- Establishes architecture, design, and technology principles and guidelines
- Participates in EA design and development
- Coordinates work done by domain architects
- Controls the consistency and compliance of artifacts
- Owns the EA repository and decides access rights
- Recommends transformation roadmap and works with Program Management
- Controls EA iteration deliveries
- Establishes compliance checkpoints in major capability development processes
- Measures returned value at each iteration
