We are seeking a Litigation Associate with 2 years tort & insurance defense litigation experience. Must have experience defending Child Victims Act cases. The position is based in our New York City office.
Educational / Experience Requirements
- JD degree required with excellent academic credentials.
- New York Bar Admission required.
- Minimum of 2 years tort and insurance defense litigation experience.
- Immediate client contact and assumption of responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Strong professional judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally to internal and external clients.
- Proactiveness, resourcefulness, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task required.

We offer a competitive salary, an excellent benefits package, and a collaborative, friendly environment. The salary range for this role is $85,000-$140,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
