Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Embedded Software Engineer in Greensboro, NC. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is up to $110 / yr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.
The ideal candidate is an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with expertise in software verification and validation (V&V) per DO-178C standards. They will be responsible for setting up and executing automated test environments for embedded software testing, including interfacing with microcontrollers, circuit boards, and emulators . This role requires onsite support to configure test equipment and perform thorough validation.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform software verification and validation (V&V) per DO-178C standards.
Set up and manage an automated test environment for embedded software testing.
Interface with microcontrollers, circuit boards, and emulators for testing.
Provide onsite support to set up test equipment and execute validation procedures.
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure compliance with testing standards and requirements. Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (BE / B.Tech) in Engineering.
Experience in DO-178C software V&V .
Strong knowledge of embedded systems testing and automation .
Hands-on experience with microcontrollers, circuit boards, and test equipment .
Salary : $110,000
