Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer in New Holland, PA. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is up to $70,000/year, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
The ideal candidate will provide continuous Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering (IE/ME) support to the production line by identifying bottlenecks, safety concerns, and process improvement opportunities. This role involves working closely with production managers, supervisors, and operators to enhance safety, quality, and productivity while utilizing Lean/Six Sigma methodologies for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve line issues.
- Conduct bottleneck analysis and drive continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Document and address safety concerns, ensuring corrective actions are implemented.
- Establish manpower requirements, line balancing, and time performance expectations.
- Lead CI events and implement production line enhancements.
- Work cross-functionally with Materials, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain Material Master data in SAP S/4HANA MM module and manage obsolete items.
- Analyze data from multiple operating systems to develop and maintain PFEP in SAP.
- Capture and integrate Voice of the Customer (VoC) into process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods, and tool design.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques.
- Commitment to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Proficiency in CAD, MS Office, and SAP.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
