Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Plastics Design Engineer in Milwaukee, WI. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is up to $60 / hr, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in plastic design and proficiency in CREO , with a focus on developing high-quality plastic components for manufacturing. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, cost, and durability requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and develop plastic components using CREO .
- Optimize designs for manufacturability, durability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers to refine product designs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, and design validation.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
