Program Manager / Engagement Manager

Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Program Manager / Engagement Manager    in Cleveland, OH. The work will be done onsite. Compensation is hourly W2  benefits.

The Ideal Candidate

An experienced Program Manager / Engagement Manager with 10-15 years of expertise in technical sales, product management, or solutions engineering, specifically within PLM and CAD systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in 3DEXPERIENCE (3DX) platform solutioning, business development, and consulting, along with a deep understanding of how 3DX integrates with enterprise systems such as CAD, PLM, and ERP.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pre-sales activities, consulting engagements, and business development efforts related to 3DEXPERIENCE solutions.

Provide technical guidance on 3DX deployments, integrations, and customizations, ensuring seamless implementation within enterprise environments.

Manage end-to-end sales cycles, including solution presentations, technical support, and client engagement.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to identify business needs, define project scope, and drive successful 3DX solution implementations.

Oversee 3DX integration with CAD, PLM, ERP, and other enterprise systems. Required Qualifications

10-15 years of experience in technical sales, product management, or solutions engineering.

Proficiency in 3DEXPERIENCE platform solutioning and enterprise integration.

Strong understanding of CAD, PLM, and ERP systems.

Hands-on experience with 3DX deployment, customization, and integration is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Relevant certifications in PLM, CAD systems, or 3DX tools would be beneficial.
