Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Senior Firmware Unit Test Engineer in Minneapolis, MN. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is $60 / hr including benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, 401K and holiday pay. Cullerton Group will provide sponsorship.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with unit test tools, embedded firmware testing, and CI / CD environments , with a strong background in firmware unit test process development and automation . This role focuses on defect management, test execution, and regression testing to ensure software quality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and maintain the firmware unit test process , including automated unit tests .
- Execute unit tests using tools like Tessy .
- Detect and track software defects , linking them to test failures and managing bug reports.
- Generate detailed test execution reports and share findings with stakeholders.
- Conduct firmware testing in an Agile and CI / CD environment .
