Cullerton Group has a new opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer in Camarillo, CA & Fort Worth, TX. The work will be done onsite. This is a long term contract. It can lead to permanent employment with our customer. Compensation is up to $90,000 / year, including full benefits, vision, dental, health insurance, and 401K. Cullerton Group will provide H1B Sponsorship.
The ideal candidate will have 4-12 years of experience in supplier quality engineering , with a strong background in supplier audits, problem-solving, and data analysis . This role requires expertise in measurement methods & tools , pivot charts , RCCA , and AS9100 auditing to ensure supplier compliance and product quality.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct onsite and remote supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Utilize AS9100 auditing skills to assess and improve supplier performance.
Analyze quality data using pivot charts and advanced data mining techniques.
Lead root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations to resolve supplier issues.
Collaborate with suppliers to enhance quality control processes and ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
4-12 years of direct experience in supplier quality engineering .
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with suppliers.
Proficiency in measurement tools and data analysis for quality assessments.
AS9100 auditing experience and knowledge of industry standards.
Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English .
