Responsibilities:
- Diagnose & resolve water treatment equipment issues, ensuring top-quality performance.
- Install, upgrade, and maintain equipment to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Accurately complete paperwork to keep processes smooth and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully deliver and install products/equipment.
- Care for company vehicles, tools, and equipment to ensure reliability.
- Build strong relationships with customers through positive communication and exceptional service.
- Follow all safety regulations and Culligan policies to maintain a safe and supportive work environment.
Qualifications:
- No degree or specific experience is required. We are looking for techs with mechanical aptitude, who are willing to go above and beyond!
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to connect with customers and team members.
