Culligan by Consolidated Water Group is hiring a Full-Time, In Store Lead Catcher to work out of Home Depot, Crystal River, FL! This position is paid hourly, bi-weekly, and is eligible for bonus earnings! Weekday and Saturday availability is required (5-day/week work schedule).

- Actively engaging with customers in a retail setting to capture their contact information and generate qualifying leads for the Household Sales Team
- Comfortable initiating communication with customers
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
- Experience with a CRM system is a plus
- Weekday (4 days) and Saturday availability required
