Specific Job Function:
- Deliver water treatment products (including salt, filters, bottled water, and chemicals) to homes and businesses in an efficient and timely manner.
- Prepare, process, and execute delivery orders in addition to collecting related monies and issuing invoices.
- Handle customer issues, complaints and problems in a courteous and prompt manner while exhibiting an overall customer –focused style of service.
- Operate carts, dollies, forklifts, lift gates and hand trucks.
- Follow all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
- After completing route and taking care of daily duties of cleaning out truck and putting items away, check with manager for additional tasks.
- Complete any other responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of route experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to follow protocols.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Maintain a good driving record and a valid driver’s license (in some cases CDL).
- Navigate throughout local area.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
