- Install water treatment systems, including water softeners and reverse osmosis units, in residential and commercial properties.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal system performance.
- Assess customer needs and design customized water treatment solutions.
- Ensure all installations and repairs comply with industry regulations, safety protocols, and Culligan’s high-quality standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on proper system maintenance and usage.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant plumbing codes and safety guidelines.
- $70,000 – 80,000k/year depending on experience

- Valid journeyman plumbing license (required).
- Minimum of five (5) years of plumbing experience, with preference for candidates with water treatment system expertise.
- Proficiency in plumbing tools and ability to interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the local service area.
- Must pass a DOT physical (at hire and biennially), drug screening, and background check in compliance with state and federal laws.
- Ability to lift and carry 80-100 pounds
- Capable of driving for extended periods (2-3 hours at a time).
- Ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, and maneuver in confined spaces as needed.
- Ability to enter and exit vehicles frequently and sit for extended durations while traveling.
