What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Coordinator position at Culligan by WaterCo?
The Sales Coordinator’s primary function is to provide support to the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contact customers to confirm satisfaction and schedules follow-up appointments for sales reps
- Contacts leads to set appointments, solicit sales or additional services or products
- Creates routes around scheduled appointments
- Tracks the results of new homeowners program
- Coordinates mailings
- Set appointments and follows up on appointments
- Processes and responds to all internet and phone inquiries
- Tracks leads\appointments\contracts
- Processes new orders
Pay: up to $16.00/hour
Schedule:
Full-time (40 hours/week), must be open to some Saturdays and evenings
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, required
- Associates Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- 2 years of experience in administrative duties or similar clerical position
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- CRM experience preferred (Salesforce)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong Customer service skills
