Customer Service Representative
Culligan Water of Kansas City is seeking a Customer Service focused individual to join our team. This will be a full-time position, Monday-Friday (8:00AM - 5:00PM).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls along with administrative duties including, but not limited to the following: collections, accounts receivable, data entry, payment entry, billing, scheduling service and sales appointments. This opportunity requires knowledge of customer service processes and procedures, strong inter-personal skills and the ability to multi task.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or higher
Previous customer service experience
MS Office Application Skills, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
10-Key skills
Keyboarding
Positive team- based attitude
Attention to detail
Ability to learn new computer systems
Must pass a drug test
Must be willing to submit to a background check
Netsuite experience is a plus
