Role and Responsibilities
The Residential Sales Representative is responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining positive business and customer relationships while meeting monthly sales goals. They will train to understand the full use and benefits of Culligan products and services. They must be able to work with public in a courtesy and professional manner. A clean, professional appearance is always essential.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Present, promote and sell Culligan products and services to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive, long-term business and customer relationships
- Proactively secure customer leads through cold calling
- Survey plumbed and non-plumbed homes for installation
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Create and deliver presentations tailored to audiences’ needs
- Assure sales vehicle is clean, safe, and operating properly
- Conduct final inspection for recently installed customers
- Attend events as a representative of the company

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check and drug screening
