Position Description:
Supervise all daily office administration operations, take incoming customer calls, add data into ERP system, schedule service appointments, schedule route deliveries, oversee AR reporting and collections, provide general bookkeeping, assist general manager with staff meetings and planning functions, provide leadership and coaching to administrative team, and other general administrative tasks.

Job Qualifications:
- Two-year Associate degree preferred with administration and supervisory experience
- Experience in dispatch / routing field service technicians
- Knowledge of managing accounts receivable and collections
- General accounting knowledge for resolving billing issues and reducing account receivable delinquency.
- Position requires a great deal of energy and a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
