Position Description:
The right candidate will have the desire to work as part of a team to grow the Southwest market. He or she will have a demonstrated passion for excellence, have strong leadership competencies, will be customer focused, organized, have strong communication and presentation skills, and driven to succeed. The primary responsibilities are to provide encouraging leadership, run an efficient operation, and provide direction to grow market share within the territory.
Responsibilities include:
· Develop sales and marketing strategies for the business units.
· Optimize the efficiency of the sales process.
· Ensure staffing levels are maintained at appropriate level.
· Facilitate sales training for new sales professionals.
· Perform routine ride-a-longs.
· Execute and deliver the best sales practices across all the locations.

Job Qualifications:
- BS degree with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing is preferred along with 5 years of sales management experience.
- Position requires a great amount of energy.
- Strong organizational, communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers.
- Excellent time management and analytical skills.
- Ability to obtain a Water Quality Association – CWSI certification within one year of hire.
