Position Description:
- The position will supervisor and oversee Sales Representatives that sell a variety of water treatment solutions including water softeners and healthy drinking water systems.
- Hires and trains new sales representatives and does routine “Ride-a-longs” as needed.
- Develop marketing plans that will help sales reps generate new leads and opportunities.
- Create action plans for sales representatives that need extra guidance.

Job Qualifications:
- BS degree preferred with an emphasis in Sales or Marketing along with 5 year of sales experience (relevant experience will be considered in place of degree)
- Proven track record of residential sales experience is preferred.
- Community involvement.
- Excellent time management, telephone, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work unsupervised.
- Ability to obtain Culligan Sales License within 90-days of employment.
- Valid driver’s license
