Responsibilities
Customer Interaction : Provide top-notch service to Culligan Water's customers by responding effectively and efficiently to their inquiries and service requests.
Service Support : Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of water conditioning and filtration equipment with the aim of ensuring optimal performance.
Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve customer issues, offering practical solutions and necessary repairs in a timely manner.
Field Service : Conduct on-site visits to customers' residences and businesses to assess and address water-related concerns.
Safety Compliance : Adhere to safety regulations and protocols while performing duties to ensure the safety of both team members and customers.
Continuous Improvement : Stay informed on the latest developments and trends in water treatment to provide customers with innovative solutions.
Requirement
Education : High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is not necessary.
Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to interact with a variety of customers.
Problem-Solving : Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently.
