We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, has excellent time management skills with the ability to work individually. Due to the nature of this position dependability is a MUST.
Responsibilities include logistics coordinating for our growing bottled water delivery service throughout the Wasatch Front. Culligan is highly recognizable and has been locally owned and operated for several decades. We have a very large customer base that is growing daily that needs an experienced individual that can organize routes and schedule deliveries. Culligan is a fun fast paced environment where a dedicated, high energy individual can thrive. A commitment to customer service is essential to be successful in this position.
Job Duties:
- Customer Service
- Account Setup
- Daily Dispatching
- Generate Route Tickets
- Efficiently Schedule Routes (4 Wk, 8 Wk Schedules)
- Organize and Oversee Daily Deliveries
- Manage Company Software and Route Utilization Tools
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of experience in a route/dispatch position.
- High level of computer proficiency. (Route Software, Microsoft Suite)
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow protocols along with a strong sense of timeliness and organization.
- Team Player mentality.
