Job Summary :
The Commercial Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of Culligan’s commercial and industrial water treatment solutions. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual who can identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Development : Identify and target potential commercial and industrial customers in the region, with a focus on industries such as manufacturing, food and beverage, healthcare, and hospitality.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Culligan’s market share in the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their specific water treatment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Technical Expertise : Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure the correct design and implementation of water treatment systems that meet customer requirements.
- Proposal Development : Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, product specifications, and timelines, to prospective customers.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, service, and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market conditions.
