What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A position at Culligan?
Responsibilities :
The Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A will be responsible for owning all aspects of Global reporting and forecasting of consolidated Culligan financials. They will lead all monthly Board of Director and management reporting along with quarterly forecast consolidation and reporting. They will be responsible for owning the financial rhythms and process across the FP&A organization and work closely with the Financial Systems team to maintain Financial tools. They will collaborate with Regional CFOs and FP&A leaders to lead the consolidation of financials during month-end and forecasts / budget cycles along with the long-range plan process. They will manage 1 Senior Analyst and 1 Analyst to support Global reporting, process, and operational rhythms across the Global organization.
Specific Job Function :
- Work closely with Corporate Controllership throughout month-end close and own monthly reporting from Flash reports to Board packages with inputs across Organic, M&A, Synergies, and other complex drivers across the portfolio
- Owns process, guidance, and communication on overall Budget / Forecast / Actuals cadence and controls along with maintaining the operating calendar for all key stakeholders
- Own quarterly forecasting process alignment across Regions along with consolidation and reporting to Executive Management
- Consolidation of key financial divers (e.g., price, volume, mix) in actual results vs. budget / forecast
- Partner with Financial Systems team to maintain and enhance consolidation tool globally and prepare for public company requirements
- Support Culligan CFO, SVP of Corproate Finance, and other Global Finance leaders to drive broader company-wide initiatives and lead process improvement activities based on prioritization that impact the organization
- Support public company readiness initiatives and adherence with press releases, 10K / Q support, and other public company requirements
- Build productive and collaborative relationships with the Culligan Region CFOs and FP&A leaders.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis for Culligan leadership, Board of Directors and / or BDT. Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills in preparing and communicating meaningful and insightful analysis
