Key Position Responsibilities
- Develop and lead comprehensive, audience-driven media strategies that integrate traditional and digital channels to maximize performance, ROI, and business impact.
- Partner with business units and other cross functional partners, to understand unique objectives and translate them into actionable, results-driven media plans. Act as a strategic bridge between creative marketing, social, communications, and media agencies.
- Partner with CoE and BU marketing leaders, to evaluate platform and partner risks and relevance for our brand as the digital landscape evolves.
- Oversee end-to-end execution of media campaigns, ensuring flawless delivery across all touchpoints, while managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Drive global efficiencies by managing media buying strategies that leverage economies of scale. Continuously optimize campaigns and partnerships to ensure cost-effectiveness and high performance across markets.
- Define and monitor media goals and KPIs, prepare performance forecasts, and analyze campaign outcomes. Implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and overall impact.
- Drive innovation by designing and implementing test-and-learn scenarios that accelerate performance and keep media strategies ahead of industry trends.
- Build compelling, audience-led strategy materials and confidently present concise media recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought leader within the Center of Excellence (CoE), fostering collaboration and sharing best practices to elevate media excellence across the organization.
- Manage relationships with media agencies, networks, and affiliates to ensure accountability, alignment with business objectives, and the development of premium advertising opportunities.
