Job Summary:
- Responsible for all operational aspects and financial management of assigned units.
- Monitor monthly operational reports and productivity for assigned units.
- Assist with planning, developing and the implementation of programs, goals and operations.
- Provide leadership with advancement of technologies and technology recommendations.
- Track and monitor multi-areas for process improvements and process changes.
- Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
Associate of science in radiologic technology and a bachelor's degree in business, healthcare management or related field.
Experience:
Three to five years of experience in hospital radiology with knowledge of all modalities.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
High level of interaction with medical professionals required. Ability to work in Microsoft Office desired. Conflict resolution skills required. Strong analytical skills a must in order to appraise a situation quickly and make a decision based on experience and knowledge. Must be able to set priorities, coordinate and organize multiple tasks, and maintain control of workflow. The capability of leadership as supervisor and mentor of those within area of responsibility.
