Nurse Practitioner
Job Summary:

Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals of patients to appropriate healthcare.

Perform completed, detailed, and accurate health histories, review patient records, develop comprehensive medical and nursing status reports, and order radiological and diagnostic studies appropriate for compliant, age, race, sex and physician condition of the patient.

Analyze and staff front office and back office staff to meet needs of healthcare professionals and patients efficiently and courteously.

Perform comprehensive physician examinations and assessments.

Plan and initiate a therapeutic program within established protocols and institutional policies.

Interpret and analyze patient data and results of laboratory and diagnostic test.

Provide instructions and guidance regarding healthcare and healthcare promotion to patients, families and significant others.

Demonstrate and encourage team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences.

Uphold and promote patient safety and quality.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree required with preference for master's degree in related field.
Experience:
Required 5-7 years of progressive healthcare management experience, preferably in a medical practice or urgent care setting.
Additional Skills/Abilities:
Possess excellent interpersonal skills sufficient to interact with guests. Proficient oral and written communication skills. Basic computer skills required. Must be ACLS certified.
