As a Commercial Plumber at Cullum Constructors, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including office complexes, retail centers, hospitals, schools, and other large-scale facilities. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of plumbing services.

As a Commercial Plumber at Cullum Constructors, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including office complexes, retail centers, hospitals, schools, and other large-scale facilities. You will work closely with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of plumbing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial buildings, including pipes, fittings, fixtures, and water heaters.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine plumbing system layout and installation requirements.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with plumbing systems and provide effective solutions.
- Adhere to local plumbing codes and regulations and ensure all work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide estimates for repairs and installations, including labor and material costs.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times, ensuring adherence to OSHA safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and other team members.
- Minimum 2 years of COMMERCIAL PLUMBING experience in the industry.
- Proficiency in all aspects of commercial plumbing, including pipe fitting, fixture installation, and system design.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Must pass drug testing.
