About the Role
Culmen International is currently seeking a Program Manager III (PM) for a full-time position in support of the PEO Soldier Materiel Fielding services. The position will be on-site in Frederick, MD.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
The Program Manager shall contribute to the efficient and effective operation of assigned programs. Services may be used at all organizational levels to help managers achieve maximum effectiveness or economy in their operations. The PM shall contribute to the development and management of an operational plan containing essential program/project planning information for use by executive management, analyzing program/project progress, identifying and resolving issues, accounting for resources, and reporting. This area also includes planning, conducting life-cycle management reviews, impact assessments, as well as providing administrative and management planning support for analyzing, developing, updating policy, and planning documents.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- 10 years or more of relevant experience.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
