About the Role
Culmen International is looking for a Training Clinical Nurse to support a USAMRIID program at Fort Detrick, MD.
The Training Clinical Nurse develops and delivers training on clinical procedures, biosurety, and research protocols to ensure compliance with safety, ethical, and scientific standards in medical research environments.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role
- Develop training materials for protocol implementation and safety.
- Conduct hands-on training for new staff and refreshers.
- Evaluate and document training outcomes.
- Coordinate with QA and compliance teams for readiness.
- Support continuous education efforts and credentialing.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) with BSN.
- 6 years in clinical nursing and training roles.
- Clinical education and protocol training experience.
- Familiarity with clinical research and biosurety environments.
- Public speaking and instructional design skills.
- Attention to detail and compliance tracking.
- RN license; CPR/BLS certification required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance and enroll in the Personnel Reliability Program (PRP), if required.
Desired Qualifications
- MSN or formal training credential preferred.
