About the Role : Culmen International is seeking an experienced TSA IDIQ Program Manager. The IDIQ Program Manager is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of contract execution under the TSA Screening Partnership Program (SPP). This individual will ensure the efficient and effective delivery of airport security screening services, maintaining compliance with TSA regulations, security protocols, and operational performance standards. This is a hybrid remote position. Periodic travel to TSA headquarters in Springfield, VA. Must live within 40 mile radius. This position will travel to various TSA locations across the country. What You'll Do in Your New Role : Lead and manage all program operations, ensuring adherence to TSA requirements, aviation security regulations, and contract deliverables
Oversee security screening personnel, ensuring they meet TSA training, certification, and performance standards
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance security effectiveness, passenger throughput, and overall airport safety
Coordinate with TSA, airport authorities, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of security operations
Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and training to maintain a high-performing security team
Monitor and enforce compliance with all federal aviation security regulations, policies, and contractual requirements
Oversee financial management, budgeting, and cost control to ensure program efficiency Required Qualification : Lead and manage all program operations, ensuring adherence to TSA requirements, aviation security regulations, and contract deliverables
