POSITION: East Hampton Sales Associate
Cult Gaia is a lifestyle brand known for creating objects d'art that make you look twice. We're seeking a Sales Associate for our East Hampton store, who will be the pulse of our sales floor and provide an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of the brand, its aesthetic, and pieces, and exude confidence, a love of fashion, and a passion for the customer and their experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet sales goals by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Develop long-lasting relationships with clients to establish a returning business.
- Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet KPI expectations.
- Stay up-to-date on trends and collections, and communicate this to clients.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that reflects the brand's standards.
- Partner with the team to execute daily tasks and ensure store standards are met.
- Support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or similar role in the fashion industry.
- Sales experience in clothing or retail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to offer personalized styling tips and identify clients' needs.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
