KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide personalized customer service to clients, offering style advice, product recommendations, and assistance with outfit selection to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the latest fashion trends, designers, and collections to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
- Assist in merchandising and maintaining visual displays to showcase products in an attractive and appealing manner, contributing to the overall ambiance of the store.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment with professionalism and integrity.
- Build and nurture relationships with clientele through follow-up communication, special promotions, and events, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and objectives, participating in regular training sessions and meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience as a sales associate in high-fashion women's retail, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse clientele.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a retail environment.
