Responsibilities
- Engage customers through face-to-face interactions to promote products and drive sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers and enhance their purchasing experience.
- Ability to physically represent a client's brand with eye-catching displays and merchandising set ups
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Implement upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
- Gather feedback from customers to provide insights for future marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct product demos effectively and engage customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with abilities preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience with upselling techniques is beneficial but not required.
