What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garden Installation Supervisor position at Cultivar, Inc.?
Cultivar Gardens is seeking a senior professional gardener to oversee crew members and logistics for garden installation and care. Cultivar designs, installs and cares for residential gardens in Cambridge and Metro West using organic gardening practices.
The position requires
3-5 years of professional gardening experience.
A valid drivers license and experience driving trucks.
The ability to manage work flow for a team of 2-4 crew members.
Our crew members handle full days of planting, weeding, mulching, pruning and watering. You must be comfortable lifting 40 pounds and working in all types of weather. The senior gardener/team leader will work with the crew.
You must be punctual, organized, attentive to detail.
Work days usually begin and end in Cambridge.
