What are the responsibilities and job description for the Skilled Landscape Gardener position at Cultivar, Inc.?
The team at Cultivar Gardens designs, installs and cares for residential gardens in Cambridge and Metro West using organic gardening practices. We are hiring full and part time crew members for April to mid-December.
The position requires
Professional gardening experience, or substantial personal gardening experience.
Our crew members handle full days of planting, weeding, mulching, pruning and watering. You must be comfortable lifting 40 pounds and working in all types of weather.
You must be punctual, organized, attentive to detail.
Work days usually begin and end in Cambridge.
Cultivar employees learn about native and pollinator gardens, building healthy soils, designing edible gardens, and many beautiful plant combinations.
