What are the responsibilities and job description for the Saturday Night Host position at Cultivate Craft Kitchen?
We are looking for an outgoing and professional Host to join our team at our casual dining restaurant. At this time I only have Saturday nights available from 4-10PM.The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, seating them, and providing exceptional customer service throughout their dining experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. This job includes tips so your pay ends up being about $16-18 and hour depending on business levels. I also have a food running shift on Tuesday nights if you are looking for more hours. This is one of our busiest shifts of the week so experience is required. Unfortunately, facial piercings and multicolored hair is not permitted.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and seat them in a timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant.
- Answer phone calls and take reservations.
- Provide customers with menus and specials.
- Ensure that all guests are satisfied with their dining experience.
- Monitor customer flow and adjust seating accordingly.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials.
