Cultivate House Detailing is a professional window washing, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing company. We are a small, local business that’s growing quickly in Colorado Springs. We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual who can lead our cleaning team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure high-quality results.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary objective of this position is to oversee window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing services for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in window cleaning and demonstrate strong leadership qualities. The candidate must excel in customer interactions, maintain a keen eye for detail, adhere to our established processes for customer satisfaction, facilitate growth and development for inexperienced or less experienced technicians.
- Engage with customers (and potential customers) to deliver friendly, professional service
- Ensure quality control and adherence to operational procedures
- Drive company vehicles to job sites and communicate job completion to the office
- Perform window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and pressure washing duties on a regular basis
- Manage 1-2 other technicians on your crew
- Facilitate growth and development for inexperienced or less experienced technicians.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Management/Leadership experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in window cleaning
- Customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in or willingness to learn G Suite applications
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Comfortable working on ladders up to 32 feet
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds
