Responsibilities
- Assist leadership by providing clear direction, inspiring excellent performance, and setting the standard for other team members.
- Assist in the performance of all Sub-Contractors.
- Assist the Lead Project Superintendent in weekly meetings.
- Assist with subcontractor compliance with safety program through daily inspections
- Assist the Lead Superintendent with all subcontractor work ensuring compliance with budget, schedule, quality, and safety in accordance with OSHA regulations.
- Assume responsibility for final close-out and completion
- Assist the Lead Superintendent with all forecast and resolve problems.
Requirements
Salary - $120,000 - $150,000 plus package and benefits.
