Water/Wastewater - Senior Project Manager

Cultivate Recruitment Group have partnered with an Engineering firm who operate across New England (mainly CT/MA/RI/NH) who are looking for a number of water/wastewater positions. However we have been tasked to search for a Senior Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development of scopes, budgets and schedules through to design and construction phase services.
• Work with staff to produce planning documents, advance detailed engineering designs, develop and review contract documents for construction
• Produce high-quality designs, reports, and models, responsible for ensuring proper quality control procedures on all projects
• Mentorship of junior PM's and Engineers, including supervising the accuracy of their work.
• Lead multi-discipline design teams for projects at water and wastewater facilities
• Plan, schedule, conduct, or coordinate detailed phases of projects
• Negotiation of contracts and development.
• Management of multiple projects ongoing simultaneously.
• Manage all internal and external stakeholders including management of team.

Requirements:

• 10 of engineering experience in water/wastewater/stormwater management
• Project management experience
• Experience of implementing, planning, design, bidding and construction oversight of water and wastewater projects
• Ability to write, and prepare formal reports.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Background experience in environmental engineering and modeling with software programs.
• Must be able to collect field data and measurements; and perform asset inspections for water and wastewater infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
• PE Licence
