Delivery Driver Agent

Position Summary

The Delivery Driver Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by delivering cannabis products directly to our medical patients and recreational customers including assisting with any in-store sale transactions. The Delivery Driver Agent must perform deliveries following strict regulatory guidelines. The Delivery Driver Agent must record sales in the ADP/POS system, handle cash transactions and ensure the integrity of patient data. The Delivery Driver Agent must be discreet, professional, and tidy in appearance, and able to communicate clearly with a variety of customers and patients.

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older to apply
• High school diploma or equivelant
• A valid Nevada Dispensary Agent Card or in the process of obtaining one
• Possess a valid drivers license and a clean driving record (A DMV Driver History Report will be required)
• Has a reliable vehicle with an audible alarm, working air conditioning/heat, and valid car insurance & registration.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills-
• Professional, with a focus on customer service and problem resolution.
• Detail Oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Basic Computer Literacy with METRC, OnFleet, I Heart Jane, Leaf Logix is a PLUS.
• Exceptional cash handling and change-making skills
• Strong understanding and application of organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, and delegation skills.
• Ability to multitask without distraction and still work on a team.
• Ability to adapt to change quickly, in an ever-changing environment.

Core Job Duties & Tasks

*Daily:

• Route and verify products of assigned delivery orders prior to leaving the store
• Deliver a wide variety of cannabis products to different routes throughout Las Vegas.
• Follow delivery routes and time schedules.
• Ensure orders are delivered in a discreet and professional manner.
• Accurate cash collection and verifying required documentation is signed and given to the customer/patient.
• Ensure receipt and product labels are given to the customer.
• Assist with Order Fulfillment & Budtending during downtime of no deliveries.
• Complete daily internal and external inspections of the vehicle before and after your shifts.
• Assist the Dispensary Manager with research, communications or other assigned projects/tasks.
• Dispensary Agents and Delivery Drivers are responsible for any cash till shortages and any discrepancies will be reconciled with a deduction and Wage Shortage signature.
• Maintain and organize the dispensary through daily upkeep and light cleaning.
• Adhere to all state and local cannabis regulations set forth by the Nevada Cannabis Control Board.

*Weekly

• Stay informed and knowledgeable about state and local laws, and industry news.
• Ensure facility organization and cleanliness by performing light cleaning.

*Monthly

• Participate in the COMPANY discussions and provide suggestions for improving product availability, customer or registered card holder and caregiver satisfaction and/or the COMPANY policies and procedures.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings as scheduled.

Job Scope

Operates with direct supervision from the Dispensary and Assistant Dispensary Manager. Follows established policies and procedures, contributes to the development of new concepts, policies and procedures as necessary to perform job duties and tasks.
