Job Overview

Duties

• Provide attentive and loving care for infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
• Engage children in educational activities that promote learning and development.
• Prepare healthy meals and snacks, accommodating any dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Assist with daily routines including bathing, dressing, and diaper changes for infants.
• Create a stimulating environment by organizing playdates, crafts, and outdoor activities.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's progress, behavior, and any concerns.
• Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a safe play environment.
• Support children with disabilities by providing tailored care that meets their unique needs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in childcare or nannying, particularly with infants and toddlers.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and educational practices.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals suitable for children.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly desirable.
• Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships with both children and parents.
• Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with children are essential.
